1973.14.2Small basketry table. The pedestal is coiled basketry which is wider at the bottom and narrows towards the top. Decorated with a band of vertically overlaid plant fibre closer to the foot. The table top is in the form of a shallow bowl or dish which expands from the base to the top rim. The centre of the top is decorated with a circle of purple and pink dyed grass fibre. 1945.9.22Shield of animal hide, with domed central boss and flattened rim with an inclined outer edge. The surface is embossed with geometric designs. The inside of the shield is covered with plain hide. There is a hide bound handle with upturned sides attached with knotted strips of hide threaded through perforations in the surface.
