Cow horn tinder box. Hollow horn that is conical in shape with a blunted tip. Black in colour towards the tip, fading to and cream around the rim, and incised with the letter 'R' on one side. Inside covered in black residue . Stoppered with the tinder box lid [1938.35.1903 .2]. Please note that originally contained the tinder [1938.35.1903 .4]. [ILL [OPS move] 4/9/2017]
