1932.88.523Pottery lamp of buff ware slipped red and black. Circular body with two flat lugs set at the hemisphere on either side and the remnants of a handle are present at the back. The wick nozzle projects from the body and terminates in a crescent shape. The central filling hole is depressed. There are four sections where collections of raised dots are grouped, resembling bunches of grapes. There is a maker's mark on the base comprising four dots set around a central raised section.
