- Long description
- Pottery lamp of dark red ware with remnants of grey slip. Pointed oval with slightly curved lug handle at the back. Flat bottom with shallow expanding sides and convex top. The top is decorated with fine designs in relief. Designs include scrolls, zig-zags, and sections of reticulation. The wick end is heavily blackened. On the underside and bottom are traces of more scroll designs. [MOBB [OPS move] 9/11/2016]
