Long description
Woman's hide sandal. Comprised of a shaped hide sole with an eyelet at each side through which a thong is looped. The thong passes round the back of the heel and is knotted on top of the foot, where it joins a narrower thong passing between the toes. See 1978.20.21 .1 for the other sandal of this pair.
