1966.3.5.1Brass tubes for holding a candle (which it does) and matches. At the join where the cylinder holding the candle snugly and the cylinder for holding matches meet, the metal has been horizontally grooved to provide a striking surface. 1960.7.1.15String of three beads of polished jet. The beads are half-moon shaped and of varying size. The base of the beads is flat but the upper side is convex carved with lines. Each bead has been perforated twice along the width to allow it to be strung.1960.7.1.15
