1932.88.527Pottery lamp of red ware slipped red with traces of black. Circular body with rounded lower half and central section and narrowing, slightly concave upper section ending in a rounded rim. The central section of the top, within the upper rim is depressed and leads to the filling hole. There is a short cylindrical wick nozzle at the front of the body and a strap handle attached at the back. The central section of the top is decorated with four eight-pointed crosses and dots all in relief. The upper area of the body on the same band as the nozzle is decorated witeh flowers in relief (although these are mostly worn away on one side). [MOBB [OPS move] 9/9/2016]1932.88.527
