Bone projectile tip with four microlithic flakes embedded in the sides and held in with a resin-like substance [SM (Verve) 4/10/2016]
Long description
Tapering bone projectile tip, possibly a spearhead with carved tang at one end and long grooves running down either side. Embedded into these grooves are microlithic flakes. One side has three remaining, the other has one. The three largest flakes are triangular in shape. The flakes are held in place with a dark brown material that resembles resin. [SM (Verve) 3/5/2016]
