Description
Musical instrument: Free reed pipe of bamboo or reed, open at both ends.
Long description
Free reed pipe made from stout reed or bamboo, one end closed, and quite close to it a brass free reed is set in, the tongue protected by 2 small wooden flanges; 7 finger holes in front and 1 at back, and group of four near open end, arranged round the pipe. Wrongly called 'Flute Cambogienne'. [HLR]
