Associated publications
According to the Accession Book IV entry this object was featured on page 315 of a book or paper by Joseph Déchelette. Déchelette was a French archaeologist who published over 120 books and articles before his untimely death aged 52 in WW1. Consequently with no year of publication provided it is not currently known in which publication Déchelette refers to the artefact [although his Manuel d'Archeologie Prehistorique Celtique et Gallo-Romaine may be a good starting point].
