- Black ware pottery vessel (oinochoe) with a flat base, rounded body and an inverted neck with a flared rim. There is a handle attached to the rim and the shoulder. Decorated with a continuous fret pattern on the body of the piece in an orange colour. Slipped surface. [ASh [OPS move] 27/04/2016]

This object was examined by Drs Yannis Galanakis and Stella Skaltsa as part of the Fell funded project Characterizing the World Archaeology Collections. They described this vessel as a small oinochoe, a type of vessel related to drinking. They dated it to the fourth century BC. [AS 06/01/2011]
