- Long description
- Wooden lid and base from an oblong-shaped Maori treasure box. Carved over the entire outer surface with a geometric design with tiki style figures on the lid and a head carved at either end of the base. The wood is painted or stained. The base is damaged at one end. [ZM 01/09/2014]
