- Long description
- Shield of ?hippopotamus hide, with mammiform central boss and flattened rim. The surface is embossed with rings and oblong shapes and designs. The inside of the shield is decorated with bands of embossed geometric designs around the central boss. There is a hide bound handle attached to the underside of the shield. [CW [OPS move] 10/8/2016]
