Katar with narrow triangular blade, much thickened at point. With a black leather-covered sheath [.2] The katar has two crossbars. The sheath has a decorative pattern painted in gold paint on both sides. The chape is also painted with gold paint and has a decorative pattern. [SM 08/03/2007]
