Glaive or sword, with hardwood shaft, and a socketed forshaft and guard, securing a tanged blade, which is flat and curved to a point. The foresharft is secured with a rivet. There is a small mark on either face of the blade, about two inches above the guard, that may be a deliberate stamp. [VS [OPS move] 7/9/2018]
