Long description
Length of white cotton cloth decorated with multicoloured checks and fringes along the long edges. The cloth is formed of two lengths of cloth with the ends stitched together with white yarn. The warp is much shorter than the weft. The checked decoration is formed by floating warp threads in yellow, blue and pink. The cloth also has two pale yellow lengthways stripes and a pale pink lengthways stripe, formed by different coloured wefts and white warps.
