The blade expands from the tang to two protruding points and then reduces to the tip. It is decorated down the centre on both surfaces with incised chevrons and lines. The wooden hilt is flared at both ends and there is a heavy iron pommel attached that is roughly triangular in shape, with ten faces. It has small notches around the edges of two faces.
