- Arrow with cane shaft sharpened to a point at one end and leaf fletching. For associated quiver see .1 and for other associated arrows see .2 - .9. The arrow is covered with a dark substance in places. One end has been split, where a diamond-shaped piece of leaf has been placed and secured with plant fibre at the end. [AF [OPS move] 26/9/2017]

1923.84.565Rectangular shield of buffalo hide with central longitudinal angular fold. The surface of the shield has been decorated with a 'eye' pattern in white pigment. The handle of the shield is made of cane. Attached to the handle are two shield plumes which extend at away from one another at an angle and protrude above the top of the shield.
