Long description
Textile, skirt of white with some thin black lines wider at top and bottom. Four short double lines of triangles are stitched in the supplementary weft along one edge in red wool. The skirt is constructed from two pieces of cloth. [MJD 02/11/2012]

This textile was seen on a research visit by Vibha Joshi on the 6 November 2012. Vibha speculated that the heaving staining on the skirt could be menstrual blood given that the skirt belonged to an unmarried woman. [FB 09/11/2012]
