- Long description
- Carved wooden figure of a man, seated on a cylindrical stool or tree trunk, on a large rectangular base. He wears a long tunic, which is made of light-coloured wood, while the legs, arms and head, which were made separately and glued onto the body, are of dark-coloured wood. The legs are stretched out in front of the man and the arms are bent. With his right hand the man holds a small bowl of light coloured wood. The features of the face have been finely carved and incisions on the top of the head show the texture of the hair. [JC [OPS Move] 31/5/2017]
