- Long description
- There are three red macaw feathers and some smaller soft white feathers, fixed to a stick with gum. The central macaw feather has two slots cut into the vane. Below these feathers at the top of the stick are very small black and turquoise feathers. [El.B 03/12/2008]

The 'blue bird (unidentified)' (see Accession Book Entry) is most likely the Blue Dacnis, also called Turquoise Honeycreeper, Dacnis cayana. See entry for 1964.8.47 B, which has the same kind of feathers. [El.B 03/12/2008]
