The state of Mizoram was formerly the Lushai Hills District of Assam; the Lushai Hills are now known as the Mizo Hills. As it is unclear exactly what the geographic provenance is here, both Assam and Mizoram have been suggested. [CW 14/9/2000]
The Woodthorpe drawings donated by JH and JPH Hutton were originally given to JH Hutton in 1924 by RG Woodthorpe's brother, J. Dalton Woodthorpe, who lived in Cheltenham. See Annual Report for 1954-55, p.8 [CM 23/05/2011]
