1906.20.205.1Lady’s shoe [.1] for distorted foot. Shoe: Silk and cotton shoe with padded sole for an artificially deformed foot. The sole is rounded at the heel, it narrows and tapers towards the pointed toe, there is a small piece of leather stitched onto the bottom the rest is covered in cotton. The uppers covered with silk are sewn to the cotton heel back about half way down this. The toe is decorated with a little embroidery and a coloured ribbon.
