Long description
With straight single-edged blade with fuller, inscribed on both sides with '1531' and the wolf mark of Solingen blade makers. The shell guard, quillon, knucklebow and pommel are of silver with raised foliate patterns, and the wooden grip is bound with shagreen and silver wire. [LM 24/10/2007]
