Long description
Dao or sword, slightly s-shaped, with blade and handle in one piece and a cross-bar decorated with hair tufts. The blade and handle are flat and narrow except for the grip which has a rectangular cross-section. The cross-bar is a thin iron rod stuck through a perforation in the handle. There are two short tooth-like projections at the base of the blade. [El.B 06/07/2007]
