2001.30.23Piece of 'khadi' cloth. Handwoven cotton textile. The textile has been hemmed at the top and a band of seersucker textile threaded through possibly to form a curtain or waistband. The textile has a printed border at the top and bottom. The top border is printed with brightly coloured musical instruments and the bottom border of women playing the musical instruments. A piece of paper has been stitched to the base of the textile on which is written 'Khaddi Cloth Homespun'.2001.30.23
