Long description
Lace-bobbin winder. Mounted on a wooden plinth there is a bracket for holding a bobbin, a spiral carved length of wood which, when twisted spins the mounted wheel. There is also a length of wood on a pivot with bobbin shaped projection. [BS [OPS Move] 22/5/2017]
