- Long description
- Bone spangled bobbin for lace-making. Decorated with incised bands filled with red and blue pigment as well as two intercrossing incised spirals in the middle. The upper carved portions of this are circles filled with pigment. The spangle is attached with wire and includes clear pink and clear white beads and an opaque yellow bead with decorative band. The top is wound with white thread and attached to a partially completed lace sample.
