Research and responses: Note that Herbert Willoughby Woodward [qv] was based at Magila, Zanzibar for UMCA from circa 1878 - 1921, it seems unlikely, but not impossible that there should have been another Woodward, with different initials [ie A.D. Woodward] based in the same place at about the same time [AP 17/08/2004]
