Research and responses

These 15 bangles [1952.6.18 .1 - .15] were found tied together & associated with the label bearing accession number 1952.6.18. The original accession entry implies that there should be 18 bangles, but only 15 were found together. The others may have broken or become separated from the rest of this group. Several extra bangles were found loose in the drawer with this collection but without any way of positively identifying them, it was decided to leave the groups as they were found. This was the result of several discussions between myself, Alison Petch and Gali Beiner. [EC 'DCF 2004-2006 What's Upstairs?' 20/1/2006]
