- Long description
- Blue silk purse with embroidered floral and bird design. The purse is a long rectangle which folds into three sections. Both ends are embroidered on one side. One end has an embroidered cockerel with a floral background on white textile. The embroidered patch forms a pocket. The other end section has a circular hole and is embroidered around the edge with butterflies and flowers on yellow textile. Across the back of the central hole is red silk. The middle section is plain blue silk with a silt down the centre, also forming a pocket. [MJD 24/05/2010]
