Beaded tassel suspended from a decorated leather plate which has a notched stick through the centre. Leather plate is decorated with cowrie shells and white beads. The tassels are formed of leather strips with beads in white, blue and brown, with seeds and metal rings. [AF [OPS Move] 10/5/2017]
