Long description
Set of talc images showing a man with a red hat and yellow scarf carrying a yoke and a man in white holding a pair of boots. The man carrying a yoke wears a pair of white knee length trousers with a red and white striped belt. On either side of the yoke a large pink coloured round basket hangs. Written beneath the image is 'Benares Brahmin'. The man in the right side image wears a red turban and his white robes are edged with red. The boots he carries are black with brown tops. The paint of his turban and face has flaked away leaving only the outline in places. Written beneath this image is '[?]Chubler'. [LKG 18/11/2009]
