Long description
Knife [.1] with single-edged blade and bone-plated grip. With decorated brass covered wooden sheath [.2]. The knife is decorated on the bolster with an incised zigzag pattern. The sheath is decorated all over with incised lines and punched holes which do not penetrate through the brass. The end is curved at 90 degrees to the rest of the sheath with a small bulbous chape. A small piece copper with two incised lines is wrapped around the sheath just above the chape. [SM 16/03/2007]
