Research and responses

This object was seen by the Archaeological Leather Group on 25th April 2014. It was noted that the laces are made of 'pink-tape' used to bind legal papers. The sole is finely made and although the heel looks scuffed the sole does not show wear. Could be a demonstration boot. [HR 13/05/2014]
