Woven basket with three monkey skulls. [MOBB [OPS move] 15/12/2016]
Long description
Woven basket with three monkey skulls, two rectangles (one which is perforated) of monkey hide, and two tusks attached. The basket has an oblong bottom and expanding sides, woven using two different openwork weaves. The section of weaving behind the monkey skull has a band of blonde and red weft added. The top section is a close wicker work of dark brown weft and black warps. [MOBB [OPS move] 15/12/2016]
