Wooden shield. It is rectangular in shape with pointed ends. The shield has sloping sides from the central line down the centre. It is painted with black abstracted faces with tusks on the front of the shield with tufts of black hair. On the back there are abstracted faces and two anthropomorphic figures in black and red paint. There is a carved wooden handle on the interior. [AB [OPS Move] 2/8/2016]
