There are at least six sites from which the original object that this cast was produced from may have been collected. Bossay may refer to Bossay-sur-Claise, a commune in the Indre-et-Loire département which contains known palaeolithic sites, see the 1998 article 'Le site solutréen de plein air des Maitreaux (Bossay-sur-Claise, Indre-et-Loire): Un faciès original de production lithique' by Hugues Plisson et. al.
